Shipping policy

All online orders are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are fulfilled and shipped between Tuesday-Friday. You have the option to select Standard Shipping where your order will arrive in 2-6 business days, or Express Shipping which will take 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery may take a little longer in regional and rural areas, and during busy periods depending on volumes. If you don't receive your order after these time frames, please email us art art@endeavour.com.au and quote your order number.

If you select "Pickup in Store" at checkout, you are responsible for collecting your order from QArt Gallery at 188 High St, Kew, VIC 3101. You will be notified via email or phone when your order has been fulfilled. In-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-4pm.

Some items on our website require courier delivery due to their size. If you are interested in purchasing a product that does not present an "Add to cart" option, please contact us on (03) 9852 7798 or via email at art@endeavour.com.au for shipping options.
